The patio comes with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. In the evenings, unwind in the romantic, lighted pergola, the screened-in porch or around the warmth of a wood-burning fire-pit... ...and savor a morning "java" in the fully-equipped kitchen with built-in coffee station. The neighborhood is peaceful and secluded, yet the best restaurants and newest brewery in Sumter are a leisurely stroll away. Pack n' Play & High Chair available upon request. To ensure safety and comfort of our guests, this home is professionally sanitized and disinfected in between guests. We are the only home in Sumter who cleans their linens off-site by the highest-rated dry cleaners in town and has quarterly treatments in the house to prevent bed bugs or any other infestations. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 PEOPLE Other things to note You will be required to e-sign our House Rules Agreement in order to have your reservation confirmed and to be able to receive check-in instructions. Note that there are strict rules prohibiting events/parties and enforcing quiet time after 10pm. Please note this house is not suitable to host more than the 6 guests allowed.
