This home is most suitable for families and couples to get away and enjoy peace and nature. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings. Home has beds for 18 vacationers with 5BR/3BA, game room with pool table/ping pong overlay. Hot tub and Pontoon boat avail: volleyball, swingset,corn hole,canoe, SUP boards. The space So very close to the lake with so many included amenities to have a great time: board games, yard games, basketball "court", pool table, ping-pong table overlay, VB(seasonal)…..yet also close to some really good restaurants!! (within 10 minutes) Guest access -4,200 sq ft lodge -1.5 acre lot -250 feet of lakeshore Other things to note Wednesday is garbage day, and the guests responsibility to bring all bins up to the main road. PONTOON IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR $550/DAY OR $1,500 FOR THE WEEK. YOU MUST REQUEST FOR YOUR PERSONAL BOAT TO BE BROUGHT IN. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN INSPECTION FOR INVASIVE SPECIES PRIOR TO LAUNCHING. I will ask for IDs of all members in group. Minimum age to rent is 35 years old.
