The Delaware Canal State Park runs through the backyard and makes hiking, biking, walking and nature loving so convenient. There's a cozy coffee roaster/breakfast/lunch place about a 10 minute walk down the trail. Excellent local restaurants and shops. Check out Ringing Rocks Park. The Canoer's Cottage was once the carriage house for the main home. The cottage is a completely separate building but located close to the main home. The property is river front but has a road that runs between the cottage and river. The cottage is set back from the road.
