This well-maintained vintage bungalow is on one level acre adjacent to, but private from, our primary residence. There is easy parking for up to six vehicles and lots of family outdoor space. It is a great place for small family reunions, a week at the coast, traveling with kids or a foursome for golfing. We are a short one mile to Hwy 101 and two miles to Bandon Dunes, Bullard's Beach State Park, Old Town Bandon, world class beaches, quaint shopping, restaurants and Coquille River fishing. We can book salmon or steelhead fishing trips through Sideline Guide Service, organize a spa day, recommend the best restaurants and activities from the local knowledge. We have owned the house since 1986 and live right on the same six forested acres which is beautifully maintained. We do the cleaning and landscaping ourselves and have very high standards. You will have the whole home plus BBQ area and half acre back yard, apple trees, and beautiful six acre property, beach toys and chairs, lawn games and outdoor furniture in private sitting area with views of forest. We provide a work station for distance-learning or work with plug and play keyboard, mouse and monitor plus cable TV and a DVD library. We live on the same six acres and are available but we value your/our privacy. Just let us know by text when you need something, otherwise we are going to let you live separately and privately in the bungalow. We are in a rural setting with most properties around you 2-10 acres. There is a road next to the house but traffic is moderate though there is a curve and hill that causes concern for pulling in and out of the driveway so please use caution. Bandon, beaches, golf course, state parks, river and wildlife refuge are all within 3 miles of the bungalow. You can easily walk to some of these or ride a bike on rural roads and only cross the highway for short distances. The river is 1/4 mile away and there is a nice county road for an evenings stroll to great river views and the historic Parkersburg village just a few minutes away.
