However, if you are looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 8:00am. We live a few doors down from this property and know the other neighbors well. We have a zero tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, unauthorized guests and excessive noise during quiet hours. ************************************************************* Please note we will be beginning our backyard landscaping project in December 2025. We will be doing this in sections and will NOT be working while guests are there. However, the “grassy” section of the backyard will be undergoing changes and may not be in optimal conditions during different stages of the project.
