It’s walkable to shops and restaurants and located right off the Watterson Expressway making it easy to get anywhere in town! The space You may see reviews noting chickens on the property. They are temporarily removed but watch for them in the future! The coop had to be removed for the city to complete a mainline project. Other things to note - My son is 11 so the house is not child proofed for younger ages. - Please be mindful of my neighbors if you are enjoying the deck and back yard. Absolutely NO parties.
