Brand new construction with new appliances, new beds, everything! The space The home is essentially two large apartments joined by a staircase. The downstairs has a bedroom, full bath and washer dryer combo with a full living room, 65 inch TV and very nice kitchen. The upstairs apartment also has a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove and its own bathroom, as well. The upstairs is one big large open area ideal for kids and families, but we have had many single person rentals for that space which kinda surprised us. It has two queen beds and the downstairs has one queen bed. They like it because it’s open and large. Two areas completed separately buy two separate people or families or you can save money by renting both of them together.
