East Side Retreat is ready for your coastal Maine vacation. It has a cozy open kitchen/living room that welcomes you when you walk through the door. The first floor also has a primary bedroom and 3/4 bathroom with laundry. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds) and a full bath. A large private backyard is a great place to relax or play family games. Regular drip coffee maker. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300. Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
