Very quiet and safe neighborhood in a GREAT location: minutes from I-40/85, Tanger Outlets, downtown Mebane, Walmart, Lowe's Foods, Food Lion, urgent care, pharmacies and more. Within a 30 minute drive of UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, Elon, & Greensboro. -Coffee and tea station in the kitchen -Relax in our breakfast nook, kitchen and living room -Roku TV (no channels) -Guest book w/ local restaurants/attractions The space Our beautiful home is in a cul-de-sac in a desirable part of Mebane. We keep everything spotlessly clean, and since it's just us (Amy and Stevan) in the house, things are typically pretty quiet and peaceful. We work from home, and our work days tend to start around 8 or 9 am. Your room has a sound machine feature on the alarm clock. We have a large, fenced-in yard and a high end basketball goal/court that you're welcome to enjoy. The house is quite spacious, and you can feel free to relax in our living room, dining room, and breakfast nook. Our washer, dryer, iron, and refrigerator (please let us know if you will need this, and we'll clear out a shelf for you) are all available to you as well. Please note that the TV in your room is a Roku TV only (no channels/cable). During your stay We are happy to be as available and involved (or as un-involved) as you'd like during your stay. We'll provide you with our cell numbers and email addresses in case you need ANYTHING. We've lived in the area for a LONG time and would love the opportunity to tell you about some of our favorite spots in the area. We're here and happy to help!! Other things to note Occasionally, we have friends come over for dinner on a weekday, but this is not common and should not interfere with your stay. On weekends, we have friends or family members visit about once or twice a month. In general, things are very quiet and peaceful, and we are committed to making sure none of these other visits negatively impact your stay.
