River Front Home with Dock, kayaks and tubes!!

Our river front retreat is situated on a beautiful property amongst the cypress trees. Enjoy a relaxing day on the dock, kayak or floating down the river. This house has it all; the furnishings and amenities of home while still getting away from it all. The property is perfectly located near a boat ramp, many springs (Ginnie, Rum Island, Blue, and Ichetucknee State Park) as well as the historic city of High Springs. Going to the Gator Games, no problem, Gainesville is only 30min away. The space This is a 1200sqft Santa Fe River front home with dock that features two bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, an open concept living area. Our home can accommodate 6 guests, but we do not host groups coming to party. This is our personal family vacation home and we would like it to be treated as such. This is a beautiful relaxing place to stay and very family friendly. The home has been recently renovated with A/C, heating units, new flooring, paint, furniture, and a chlorination system. Two kayaks and tubes available for use. There are also several springs and parks in the immediate area, Blue, Ginnie Springs and Ichetucknee State Park. The house is furnished, including all the necessary appliances, a 40" HD T.V. with Amazon FireStick, WiFi and a DVD player in the living area. The Amazon FireStick allows you access HBO, Sirius Xm, and Amazon Prime video for free movies and shows as well as your Netflix account if you have one. There is also a small T.V./DVD combo in one bedroom. Television channels are local over the air HD. Other things to note Please note: Because we are located on a river we only have access to well water. A chlorination system has been installed to produce clean and clear water which is perfectly fine to shower, bathe, wash dishes and clothing in but not necessarily the best for drinking. For this reason we include gallons of water for drinking and cooking. The homeowner lives right around the corner and will be available by phone if there are any questions or concerns. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
