Romantic cottage 2 blocks from Historic Downtown Astoria! 🛏️🛁 Huge King bed with luxurious linens + over-sized tub made for two with separate shower! ☕️🥂🥀 Savor a fresh cup of coffee by the gas fire or take in the views with a glass of wine on the porch. Open your French doors to the Rose Garden for the fire table & cafe lights under the stars. 🚃🍨🍻Stroll out for a romantic walk or Trolley ride along the Columbia, enjoy world-renowned cuisine, local ice cream or craft beer galore! The space The space has an open layout with a sitting area as well as a table for dining or working. Luxurious King-Size Bed and Jacuzzi tub for two! MINI-KITCHENETTE: Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker, dishes & utensils. A bussing tray is provided for used dishes, as well as dish soap, sponge and a dish towel. NOTE: The ONLY SINK is in the RESTROOM, which has a water filter attached. ROSE GARDEN: A gazebo with outdoor seating & a fire table, as well as a shared BBQ are available in the Rose Garden. Both run on propane. Let us know if you need help turning them on. THREE PEOPLE? While ideal for a couple or for parents with a small child, this space is not recommended for more than 2 adults. FAMILY? We have a Twin Cot or a Queen air mattress available upon request. We also have a highchair & Pack-n-Play, if needed. Guest access The Carriage House is the oldest structure on the property, dating back to the 1880s, and you will have it all to yourself! The rear portion of the larger structure (The Rosebriar Mansion) is rented to other airbnb guests, and the front portion of the main building is our private residence. You may see other guests or our family coming and going from the other building, but you have exclusive access to the Carriage House. Other things to note Please let us know a little bit about your group and your plans when booking. Note: There is not a TV, but high-speed wifi is available for streaming on your own device(s). Need more space? Ask about adding the Garden Suite in the main house. Includes a king bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room with fold out sofa and its own private entrance.
