Townhouse in Fredericksburg

Welcome to my townhome in south Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania, Virginia! Located in Lee’s Hill off of Route 17 and Route 1, just minutes from I-95, Southpoint restaurants and shopping, Germanna Community College, Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, and Spotsylvania VRE train station. Just 15 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg and 1 hour to DC or Richmond. This is a comfortable 3rd floor private bedroom with a shared bathroom, 2 living rooms, large back deck, and community swimming pool! The space The private room is a 3rd floor, small 12ft by 13ft bedroom, with a large window, facing the street and front yard, with a small closet. The shared bathroom is just next to the bedroom. The bathroom will be shared with another Airbnb guest. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, lamp, fan, dresser and an Amazon Fire smart TV with various free streaming options such as Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, Plex, installed. The shared living rooms, kitchen, and dining room are all located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking tools you need. We have plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and baking sheets. All areas of the refrigerator and pantry are marked for your private use. The first living room, near the stairs, has a large leather couch, recliner, and a large flat screen TV also with an Amazon Firestick for free streaming of Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The second living room, near the back deck, has a leather couch, a fireplace, and 2 leather loungers. The back deck contains a grill, rocking chairs, and a couch. The laundry room is located on the first level near the front door. The pool is a 2 minute drive from the townhouse. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Remember, this is a multi guest, shared Airbnb home. You will have Airbnb guests staying in other areas of the home, so keep in mind the shared areas of the home (living rooms, kitchen, back deck patio, laundry room, garage, and bathroom). Also, I have a quiet time in the home for your sleeping comfort starting after 10pm. Last but not least, as in all my listings, I provide complimentary bottled water, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap! Bottled water is in the garage refrigerator! Help yourself! Guest access My guests have access to shared community areas in the home including the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, sitting rooms, laundry room, and backyard deck. During your stay I do not live in the home, but I am readily available by phone to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note This is the perfect space for travelers wanting to explore Washington DC on the cheap. The train to DC is just a 10 minute drive from the home. Also this is a good space for military and temp healthcare professionals in the area in need of inexpensive short term housing solutions who are communiting to Fredericksburg, Northern Virginia, Richmond, and Washington DC.
