Hillside Farm’s Cottages - 10 miles to the BEACH!

"Tiny living" fun! These “one of a kind" tiny homes with unique outdoor space, will provide a peaceful but fun rental 10 miles from North Beach, at the mouth of Bloomington Canyon in a quiet neighborhood . - Cottages sleep 6 ea/12 total - Free Wifi - Washer & dryer - Large outdoor space - Fire pit w/1 bundle of wood included - Extra wood available/$5 per bundle - Relaxing space by brook - Fun playground - Outdoor picnic table - Volleyball net w/ball & badminton gear - Gas grill upon request The space These tiny homes were newly built for our two daughter’s families. Our grandchildren have so much fun staying here and love the yard. They always say it’s like being on vacation when they come to grandma’s house. - Each tiny home includes a main room with a double size day bed that includes a twin size trundle bed. - Each tiny home also has a bunk room that includes a double and twin size bunk bed. This bunk room has a barn door that can close it off from the main room if desired. - In total, there are 8 beds with room to sleep 6 guests in each tiny home for a total of 12 guests. - Each tiny home has a full-size bathroom, a kitchenette, and a small table that sits 4 people. - A laundry room joins the two homes together with a door on each side. These doors may be closed allowing for privacy to each home. BOTH TINY HOMES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION. Guest access The yard is all yours. However, you may see us in the yard or garden. Enjoy the fire pit with your first bundle of wood provide for free. Sit by the brook, in what I call the “Secret Garden”. Watch for deer as they cross on or by our property or look for our resident owl who sits on a post across the brook. You may even get a glimpse of a fox who lives near by. Let your children play on the playground, or join them in a game of bocce ball, volleyball, or badminton. You’ll find all supplies for each game on site. We also can set up an outdoor, sit-in movie for a small fee. Other things to note Each tiny home is fully stocked with dinner service for six, 12 total, pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, some spices, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, dish sponges and dish towels. Two hot plates, a toaster oven, snack code puts, and a crock pot can also be found, locate them in the closet of the laundry room. There is also a couple glass baking dishes in a drawer of one time home. No smoking or parties on the premises.
