Super cute authentic cozy little cabin with hot tub! Little Bear Cabin is tucked away in the very popular Upper Canyon area, very close to Mid-Town, only 1.5 miles away. The cabin is near a river/stream as well near all the shopping, restaurants & a short drive to Ski Apache & Inn of the Mountain Gods casino. You will love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, it is quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There is a small deck in front of the cabin with a patio set for up to 4 people with an umbrella to enjoy the outdoor weather. There’s also benches and chairs for friends or extra guests to enjoy the scenery. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed. Bedroom also has TV with Netflix and or use of DVD player. A closet with extra linens. The second room consists of a large walk-in closet converted with a twin-size bed ideal for a child. There are two couches in the living area. The love seat is a double recliner. The larger couch in the living room also converts into a Queen size pullout bed. Air conditioning is a window unit located in the living room as well as the main bedroom. There’s also a split a/c unit in the kitchen .Cabin includes a private deck with fold downs for views with hot tub. Great Wi-Fi available. The Living room includes 50" TV with Netflix (at no cost) and DVD player. Full kitchen with all amenities if you prefer to stay in and cook. Electric/gas stove fireplace in living room for use in the wintertime operated by remote control. An outdoor gas grill available w/propane. This cabin is in the very popular Upper Canyon area surrounded by many other cabins. Take a stroll down to the Rio Ruidoso River for a relaxing nature walk close to this cabin. Take in all the Wildlife from the comfort of your front deck or hot tub deck . Deer roam thru the property and surrounding area year-round and in the warmer months. This cabin is in a great location – surrounded by the National Forest – but only minutes away from all Ruidoso has to offer. Entry via keypad code through front door I am available 24/7.
