Brand new renovated studio apartment situated on a gated 5 acre property centrally located in wine country. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and guests have access to the phenomenal amenities including a state of the art infrared hot yoga studio, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and much more. •5 minutes to Los Olivos •7 minutes to Santa Ynez •10 minutes to Solvang Pet fee paid separately - $50/day per pet EV charger on site - $20 per stay Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and the many amenities it has to offer. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Use of the hot tub and pool will require a liability waiver to be signed. If the pool is covered, don’t assume it’s closed. We try and keep it clean from leaves, bugs etc. The apartment has A/C+ heat and a small kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge and toaster oven. A Keurig coffee maker + coffee pods are also provided. There're dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. It also has all the necessities (bedding, blankets, towels, toilet paper, soap). The studio has a queen bed with a very comfortable mattress, a giant beanbag chair for relaxing, and a desk area to do work. It is also equipped with WiFi and a TV with Roku for streaming. There is an Electric Vehicle Charger on property that is available to use for $20 per stay. There is a private yoga studio onsite and private yoga lessons are available to guests at a discounted price. There are multiple community areas around the property with picnic tables where guests can eat, drink, read, relax etc. We grow Grenache and Syrah grapes on the property and make roughly 2,000 bottles of delicious wine. There is a tree swing but it's mainly decorative so please only use it to take photos. The pool is solar-heated and may not always be as warm as desired during the winter months, but the hot tub can be heated to over 100 degrees in about 30 minutes. Although uncommon, sometimes the amenities may not be available due to weather, maintenance, cleaning, etc. Amenities are typically only available from 9am until 9pm and must be turned on/off by the owner unless instructed otherwise. Note: This is 1 of 2 rentals on the property. Pool area, fire pit and outdoor grill are shared by both AirBNBs. Santa Barbara County only allows home stays (not short term rentals). To clarify, a home stay requires the owner (or long term tenant) to live on the property. So we live on the property with two very friendly Huskies. It is not uncommon for them to be outside and roam the property at times. They most likely will come say hello to you. Our property is 5 acres and there’s 3 airbnbs in total plus a public yoga studio. All accommodations are in separate structures. Guests definitely have a lot of privacy, but need to be aware that routine workmen (landscaping staff, pool man, vineyard crew), yoga students, and personal friends may be on the grounds from time to time as well. Year after year Santa Ynez Valley becomes more and more popular and well known for the fantastic wines that are produced in the area. In recent years, the area has also attracted people who love wellness, cycling, and horseback riding. There are lots of outdoor activities available like hiking lovers loop, grass mountain, and red rock. Lastly, it's not uncommon to see meteor showers and star filled night skies. Wine country is inherently more rural but taxi cabs and UBER are available. We are more than happy to recommend wine tour companies as well.
