My pet friendly home is at the edge of our small town, so it has a view of an open field and Mesa Verde. We are near restaurants and shopping, We have a secluded shady patio inside the fenced back yard. So as your host I now stay on the back of the property in a 5th wheel to expedite cleaning . I do not use the driveway and you will have complete privacy. Enjoy being just minutes from everything the Cortez area has to offer. We are on the northeast end of Cortez, with quick access to the highways to Durango and Dolores. 2 storage sheds on the property are not available for guest use. I can be reached anytime by phone or text because I live next door on the property. Our cottage is at the front edge of a residential neighborhood just one block off the Dolores Highway, and 2 blocks off the Durango Highway (access to Mesa Verde NP). We are pet friendly but with a two dog limit. The pet fee is $10.00 per visit.
