The beach is about a 10 minute drive, and we are about 30 minutes from Disney Land. We have a strict no-party policy. We consider a party any gathering of people at our home who are not listed on your booking. A party is a violation of our house rules and will be reported to AirBnB to have the stay cancelled without a refund.
