It is the perfect retreat if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway with your own private flat rock beach. There is a secluded sand beach that you can enjoy in Lonely Bay (approx. 15 minute walk, 2 minute drive). Enjoy campfires by the lake and the magnificent dark starlit sky (no city lights). The well-designed space will allow you to enjoy the tranquillity of the island. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee makers (Keurig & drip), all dishes, cutlery and cookware. Enjoy complimentary wifi, as well as access to Netflix on the smart TVs. Bell Satellite with Premium NHL package is on the living room large screen TV. The lower main floor level of the house has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and its own private entrance. The upstairs main floor has a 3-piece bathroom. There is a bonus queen size Murphy bed in the living room. The main floor also has a screened-in dining room/BBQ area with a four-burner infrared BBQ. The outside dining area has a glass top table with six chairs. Propane for the BBQ is included. Upstairs you will find the Kitchen, Living Room with a Large Screen TV, Dining Room, Bedroom with King Bed and Main Bathroom with a Laundry Closet. The entire house has in-floor heating and a gas fireplace is located on the top floor. This house has a stunning elevated panoramic view of Lonely Bay & Deans Bay from the top floor. The yard has an immaculate green space and gardens, a large outdoor campfire area, an outdoor meditation space and exclusive access to the six-person wood-burning sauna in the woods. Firewood is included. The drinking water comes from our well and goes through a top-tier filtration system including UV/Reverse Osmosis. Enjoy spotting wildlife such as bunnies, partridge, bald eagles, loons, and otters. Once everyone has gone in for the evening, you may see deer browsing on the lawn. It is a 5-minute drive to the Spring Bay general store and 10 minutes to Providence Bay beach. The town of Mindemoya is 15 minutes and has a hospital, the Bank of Montreal and many shopping opportunities. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, sauna and property.
