Parking: Please allow for only one car parking in the wide off street parking providing four car parking spaces out front for guests. Entry: Under the stairway on the left side of building is access to the Lower Villa. The stairway access is for the upper units; please be respectful of their space. Patio: Relax & enjoy the spacious lounge patio with BBQ grill! This space is shared with other guests. *Please note No Smoking anywhere 20 feet from perimeter of home. ~Enjoy Other things to note Laundry: The laundry room is a shared area that is used by both guests and housekeeping staff. It is located at the back right hand corner of the house and can be accessed with keypad code 0613. Please only start laundry if you are able to finish it without items being left in the machines. Laundry soap is available for guest use. Housekeeping Laundry Hours: 10am - 4pm Guest Laundry Hours: 4pm - 8pm
