There is also a washer/dryer for those longer stays. The adjoining lockout studio suite provides extra privacy and a separate entryway if needed. It includes one bedroom with two double beds, a full bath as well as a kitchenette with dishes and flatware, a dinette, bar sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. It also has a seating area overlooking the golf course and a fold down workspace if you need to get in a little remote work! Includes access to all the Sea Trail Resort’s amenities including two pools, tennis/pickleball courts and much more. SUNSET BEACH is just over the bridge! Guest access This listing includes access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath /condo, with the studio suite lock out. If you’re traveling alone, on budget and you don’t need a lot of space; keep it simple and just book the studio, or the one bedroom main villa. Also, access to all Sea Trail Resort’s amenities including two pools, tennis courts and much more! Other things to note Pre-approved dogs are allowed. There is a 3-night minimum during the summer season (Friday before Memorial Day-Labor Day) and a 2-night minimum the rest of the year. Easy walk to the Town Park overlooking intracoastal waterway, restaurants, Maples clubhouse and shops. 1.5 miles to Sunset Beach, walk to Bird Island with its Kindred Spirit mailbox. Surf and pier fishing. Ingram Planetarium, groceries, pharmacy etc just up the road (about 1 mile). Just a 5 minute drive to Calibash with its’ famous seafood restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to the activities and nightlife of Myrtle Beach.
