From modern finishes, sound proofed ceilings, an open concept, a beautiful brand new gourmet kitchen with a custom island to eat at, a large sofa bed that can sleep two (size of a double bed), and a spa like bathroom with a rain shower head that will WOW you. This home is perfect whether your travelling with friends, family, or on your own. And if your here on business, the home comes fully equipped with a workspace as well! This home is the perfect getaway after a long day to watch a movie or simply to sit back and relax Other things to note This is a lower level apartment with 10 steps going down to the apartment from the outside. Ceiling height is about 7'4. The unit has it's own seperate heating system to minimize any noise transfer. Its been completely soundproofed, however, our family lives above and there may be some noise transfer during waking hours (8:00am - 9pm ) Street permit parking is available and can only be applied for a week prior to your stay.
