We have transformed a shipping container into a beautiful and original Chalet with unique touches and designs focused on beautiful views and sunsets. We are in a private residential development one kilometer from the main road and entrance, close to beautiful wineries and restaurants. NO pets, NO parties, NOT safe for children The space The villa has electronic key access at the front door. Everything you need for cooking, glasses, cups, pan, dishes. Electric iron with two burners, small electric oven, wood-burning fireplace, dining room, terrace and electronic gate. A wood-burning grill in the patio. (We include coffee pods, powdered milk, sugar, tea, and firewood) Guest access Private parking inside the property, private Jacuzzi, campfire area Other things to note The Chalet has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a full private bathroom. There are buildings in the area and there may be noise in the morning on weekdays and some weekends. We have other Lofts for rent on the property. Hot Tub use is during the day and until 11:30 pm The neighborhood access gates close at 8:00 PM
