Free street parking around the house. 25 minutes walk to CalTrain station, Sundays Farmer’s mkt, 5 min to Bus stop #21 (to CalTrain Station, Stanford Mall near Hospital), 2 miles to downtown Palo Alto. Walking distance to 2 casual Mexican & 2 Asian restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and coffee shop The space Private room with bathroom (2 sinks and shower) shared with one other tenant. The room has a full size bed, night table w/ lamp, small fridge w/freezer, computer desk & chair, 6 drawer cabinet and open closet with shelves This is one of three AirBNB rooms we offer. Two of them share a bathroom. The other has access to a private bathroom. There is kitchenette area with Microwave and rice cooker. There is also TV in that area with a small table and chairs Plenty of free street parking on the street by the house. Entry from the driveway via locked gate (w/code) to backdoor (w/code) Guest access You have access to laundry (once a week) and kitchenette. Kitchenette has electric kettle, microwave and toaster oven. You can also do occasional light cooking in the main kitchen. You can use coffee machine, cups, plates, and utensils from the main kitchen We have some spare bikes that you can use if not already used by the other two tenants. We have limited helmet, lock, and bike lights. You pay only if they are lost or broken. Thanks! During your stay We will respect your privacy, but don't hesitate to ask questions. We are friendly, working couple and own our home since 1997. We have 3 cats that are super friendly with new comers. Make sure you don’t leave your room door open so they don’t come in. They are indoor/outdoor cats. We sometimes offer fruit, dessert and snack in the common area. For a long stay we offer monthly room cleanings with additional $25 fee. you can let us know if you like us to schedule it. All common areas are Cleaned professionally every month. You can bring your relative or family or friend to sleep with $25 extra per day per person. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay in your room with our permission in advance.
