This modern apartment is minutes from everywhere. A historic Wisconsin town hosting a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and the Mississippi River runs right by downtown. This apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper, and a queen sized Murphy bed in the living room. This apartment also includes a full size bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry area, and a dining room area. There is also a full parking area for boats/etc. The entire apartment in newly renovated with all brand new appliances with an open concept kitchen/livingroom. The kitchen has all kitchen utensils and pans available for you to use. There is no dishwasher. The living room also has a full closet for your use. There is a full size washer/dryer located in the bathroom with all your laundry needs. There is a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink with mirror. The bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Also a window air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom and living room. The apartment is located upstairs so there is steps to climb, but a railing for assistance. The apartment is also located near a train track, but ear plugs are provided. During your stay there is a charcoal grill available to you as well as bean bag boards. During those rainy/snowy days we have puzzles, cards, and board games to keep you occupied. Also we can give you any suggestions for things to do around the area and directions to get to your destination. The apartment is a historic river town in Wisconsin. You are 2 blocks from downtown that has shopping, bars, and restaurants. Including the famous Pete's Burger!!! You are minutes from the Mississippi River, multiple boat landings, and also the Casino located in McGregor, IA. There is a local taxi service available for your use.
