Boutique hotel in Kittery

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside in our gazebo, by our outdoor saltwater pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area. The space One of four private cottage/cabins with one queen bed in the main room (no separate bedroom). Room is 225-265 square feet. Private bathroom in the cabin. No kitchenette, but each room has a microwave, mini-fridge and small electric water heater for tea/instant coffee. Guest access Outdoor saltwater pool, grassy common area, gazebo, brick patio, outdoor breakfast seating area, common laundry room with vending machine & ice maker.
