Our Condo is located in the MGM Casino Hotel complex on the Vegas Strip in one of the 3 MGM Signature Towers. All towers are connected by an indoor walkway. The Condo is fully furnished, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, Plasma TV, Kitchenette, Gym, Pool and much more. Conveniently connected to the MGM Hotel and casino. Very reasonable prices. There are no resort fees at check in. The space Approximately 550 Square Feet. There is a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. No additional resort fees at check in. Also includes free valet for one car per reservation as long as not at full occupancy. Connected to MGM Resort by indoor corridor. About 5-7 minute walk. Unit has little kitchenette which includes fridge, stove top and microwave. Kitchen supplies such as toaster, coffee machine, cookware, etc available. There is no balcony in this unit. The unit is not shared with anyone else. There are no resort fees at check in. Due to COVID MGM Signature is requiring face masks for your safety. Guest access Very short indoor walk to the MGM Casino. Guests have access to MGM Signature Pool, MGM Grand Pool and Lazy River during your stay. Tower 1: -Starbucks -The Lounge (Bar) -Gift Shop -Concierge -Business Center -Pool Area -Fitness Center Tower 2: -Delights Delicatessen -Pool Tower3: -Pool Area -Fitness Center Other things to note 1) Check in is after 3pm or as soon as cleaning is completed. If for any reason the room is not ready by 3pm I will let you know. Check out is at 11am. The front desk is open 24/7 for guest check-in. 2) We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while staying in our unit. 3)At check in MGM will request a major credit card from you for any incidentals or charges made during your stay. The charges will be billed by the front desk at check out. At checkout the credit card hold will be released. 4) There are no additional fees at check in and no resort fees. 5) The name you use on your reservation will be communicated to the hotel reservation system. Make sure to use your real name because you will be asked for your ID by the front desk at check in. You will not get access if your name does not match. 6) Unit will be cleaned before you check in and at the end of your stay. The cleaning service will leave their information incase you have any cleaning issues. You can also reach out to me on here for any questions. 7) Any additional requests during your stay should be only to me or the cleaning service who will leave their information for you in the room. The hotel is not responsible for requests made by guests. This condo is not part of the hotel . This is a privately owned unit in the hotel. 8) Please do not remove any items from the room including dishes and towels. There are free towels available at the pool and gym for your convenience. 9) For weekends we require 2 night minimum for bookings. Friday’s and Saturdays must be booked together. 10) As a guest you will have access to the Signature pools, MGM Grand pool complex and Lazy river. The pools may have limited capacity and be on a first come first serve basis. Weather and safety conditions may have an affect on availability so it's best to check before heading there. 11) There is a Monorail in the MGM Grand that can take you up and down the strip. 12) Due to Covid-19, All amenities are limited and subject to change.
