Mountain Views and Private Jacuzzi

Very well furnished lodge style decor. There is a one bedroom home next to this home that is also posted on Airbnb. "Mountain Views with Giant Fire Pit" Each home is very private. If you are in need of another bedroom, or use of the fire pit, then renting both units would be an option. I will given a discount on the smaller unit, if both are rented together. The space The house is located next to the Tonto National forest. It is not uncommon to see elk walking along the ridge while enjoying the Jacuzzi in the morning. Pet friendly with doggy door and very small fenced in area around the gas grill area. Guest access ATV and hiking trails very close to this home. You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the pantry in the kitchen and the garage. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Children under 12 are restricted from coming to my home. The reason is that there is steep inclines on this property and they can be hurt. And, inside my home is custom furniture my husband help build. Any damage to the furniture or art would be very heartbreaking to me, and very expensive to the guests. I have made occasional exceptions to this policy, so if you want to assume the risk (medical, as well as, financial for any injury or damage) then please contact me. It is a great place to bring a family, but I just don't want young ones hurt! You are welcome to bring your pets. If you are going to bring your dog(s) with you, please contact me before booking. There is a $60 pet fee that I will add once you book. And, of course, I would expect you to pick up after your pet and to keep them off the furniture to reduce hair shedding on the furniture and bedding! Please contact me and let me know about your pet before you book. DOGS and wild animals: This home is next to the forest and neighbors do not always keep their dogs fenced and they are allowed to run around the area. The pets are generally friendly and RARELY come by. However, you need to be aware that I can not control the wildlife or neighbor dogs. If you decide to bring your pet, there is a small fenced area behind the house that you can use, but I do not recommend you allowing your dog to run around freely.
