No lift is available. A private entrance and staircase lead from the main door to the second level. The second level includes half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room and washer / dryer. The third (top level) includes the full bath and bedroom. There are TV's located in both the living room and bedroom, both with Rokus providing streaming services. Guest access Access is via a locked gate located between 1820 and 1822 Fleet Street. This gate is labeled Courtyard and Topside. The gate code is typically MMYY of your arrival date. In the first few days of the month, the code may not have yet been changed so try the previous MMYY. The door code is the last four numbers of the phone number you provided in your booking request. To lock - type the code, twist the knob on the lock (Clockwise) To unlock -type in your code and twist the knob on the lock (Counter Clockwise) To lock the door - Close the door then operate the lock. Other things to note Instructions for most issues are available in the apartment. Including how to trouble shoot the TV. The circuit breaker panel for this apartment is behind a cloth wall hanging next to the thermostat which is to the left of the half bathroom door.
