Lakefront Cottage on Wiggins Lake - Amazing View!

This is our little piece of paradise that we've been renovating (in the off season) into a fun costal cottage vibe. You'll enjoy an amazing waterfront view of Wiggins Lake and we can accommodate up to 4 guests at this property. The cottage is newly renovated, clean, and has the basic necessities to enjoy your stay on the lake. We purchased the cottage in Aug 2020 & bought new bedding, towels, pillows, glasses, silverware, etc. Renovated bathroom & more in May 2021 and 2022! The space This is a great spot right on the lake. You can enjoy the sitting area at the end of our dock, catch some fish, relax in the front yard by the firepit, or eat a meal on the front deck. The front deck has some nice shade that you'll love on a hot day. Please note that no pets and no smoking/vaping are allowed inside the cottage due to severe allergies by the homeowner. Thank you! Guest access Guests are welcome to use our entire property. However, due to liability/insurance rules, we ask that you stay off the pontoon boat. Please make sure to remain on our property and do not go on the neighbor's property or docks. We've got great neighbors, they just don't want the liability of having unknown guests on their property.
