Summer Note (A/C): During the summer, if days get hot, there is an A/C window unit in the bedroom to facilitate comfortable sleep (the rest of the apartment is equipped with fans). Note for the Elderly: This is a loft apartment, so there is one extra long set of stairs (3-4 steps more than normal) to access the space. There are 22 steps to the 2nd floor loft apartments. Please do not request to reserve if you would be negatively impacted by using stairs. Security Note: While we have never had any security issues on this property, we have added motion lighting for outdoor entrances as well as an exterior security camera at the property's front unit to enhance guest's sense of security.
