We have an RV site pad with water, 30/50 amp electric, black & gray water drainage. It has high speed internet and streaming tv. It will accommodate a 31 ft trailer and tow vehicle also class B and class C RVs. This is a back in site. It has a private patio and a backyard deck with access to a small fishing lake. We have an RV SITE PAD with water, 30 and 50 amp electric, black and and gray water drainage, it has high speed internet and streaming tv. It will accommodate a 31' ft travel trailer {Class B and C} and your tow vehicle or camper van. There is a private patio and a deck with access to a small fishing lake in back yard. We are on leash pet friendly [accompanied by adult] with an off leash dog park 3 blocks away. The beaches are also pet friendly. This space is an RV site, full hook up pad only, not an RV or house. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. We are LGBTQ friendly. We are Airstream lovers and own BayB our 1977 Overlander. We are practicing social distancing and taking all sanitizing precautions to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. We appreciate you doing the same so we will be wearing masks while in your company. All St. Augustine beaches are open at this time and they are also on leash pet friendly. We list this pad for short term vacation rental only. There are weekly free concerts close by and the Sunshine Bus makes seeing the area inexpensive and easy as the depot is just a block away. It is a beach lover's paradise convenient to everything and easy to get around.
