Be aware that this listing is located in an older home and is a split level apartment with the sleeping quarters in a renovated attic space. As such it requires climbing stairs, has some odd ceiling angles, and has a smaller bathroom and if a guest is older, taller, or has mobility issues this listing may not meet their needs. Also note that the EV charger in driveway is not available for guest use and is locked to only work with the downstairs tenants vehicle. Be as quiet as possible coming and going through the entry stairwell. Conveniently located on North ave near the heart of Burlington, you'll have no trouble getting to whatever activities interest you. The home is located on a bus line, a short walk from the city core, or a short uber ride to anywhere in Burlington.
