Olympic Track Trials / Walk to Hayward Field

Our South University District retreat is a beautiful, light-filled house in a quiet, family neighborhood. Its location is ideal for walking to the U of O, whether for sporting events (at Hayward Field, Jane Sanders Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena) or graduation ceremonies. Convenience and privacy go hand-in-hand at this garden retreat. The space Our craftsmen style house is surrounded by gardens, with a private, outdoor terrace (room) in back. On the corner is a tree house that is a fun get-away. The best part of the interior are the bright sunny rooms, each having windows on at least two sides. The master bedroom is downstairs and has its own bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms that share a bath. One that is currently being used as an artist's studio space can easily be converted into a sleeping room with a twin bed. The basement has a washer and dryer. The house is equipped with high speed internet. There is central air-conditioning. If you don't want someone on the property, we ask that you water the hanging pots daily and the garden areas every few days in hot weather.
