Private house, half of a duplex. Just steps away from OSU and south of Clintonville. This private house has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. This house is usually part of The Wayfaring Buckeye Hostel. However, in a effort to accommodate the preferences of travelers right now, we have subdivided the Hostel back into its two original houses (duplex). This rental consists of one entire half of the duplex (private house) for you. You will have your own entrance. The space Since the typical use of his property is a public Hostel (European style B&B), there are permanent security cameras installed on the ground floor inside of the house (One camera pointed towards the front door and one camera pointed towards the back door). There are no cameras installed in any private area such as a bedroom or bathroom (only the living room and kitchen). The camera footage would only ever be reviewed in the event there was some sort of incident on the property. Included items: -Linens: towel, sheets, and bedding (we do not allow guest to bring their own bedding) -Free Wi-Fi -Large living/dining room -Streaming TV -coffee or tea (self-serve) -6-person outdoor hot tub (shared with the other half of the duplex) -Private Kitchen (to cook or store your own groceries) -Free use of the laundry machines -Reading lights over each bed -Borrow-able DVD collection -BBQ area -Limited off street parking -PLUS MUCH MORE!!!
