This is a dog-friendly, secondary unit of a large, uniquely historical mountain town-home located in beautiful Rabbit Ears Pass. Your space is private with 2 entrances. It is NOT handicap accessible and has a number of stairs. The owners live upstairs with 2 friendly large dogs. There is a shared outdoor living space with a grill to use. This space has cozy bedrooms, a kitchenette, large bathroom with washer/dryer, and a living room with gorgeous beams and windows. Hiking season is here!! The space THE AREA: 10 minutes or less to the best mountain living has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, road biking, camping, backpacking, off-roading, kayaking, rafting ...Just to name a few fun things. -a winter dream of the best skiing and snowboarding on Earth with easy access to the free Meadows parking lot and shuttles to the resort THE SPACE- There is newly installed kitchenette to make simple meals, with dishes, utensils, basic cookware, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and electric burner. -newly remodeled living room space with new dining room area and fresh carpet. -Enjoy board games, WIFI, DVD with movies, and Satellite TV -The King bed can be converted into 2 twin beds upon request. - Absolutely NO parties -This space has a shared wall with year-round neighbors with children and we live upstairs and therefore noise needs to be kept down. We love dogs, but barking dogs are not welcome. - Please clean up after your pet -Parking available for 2 cars out front -Smoking allowed outdoors only Guest access We have a wonderful neighbood for walking the dogs! There is a nice little side yard and patio with a charcoal grill that guests can use. The patio is a shared space.
