This cute little cottage is on the out skirts of town. Very quiet space to relax. One queen size bed. TV in both living room and bedroom. This space although small has everything you need for a relaxing get away. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots pans and plate ware. There is an apartment size cook stove with oven as well as a microwave. Bath towels, linens and extra bedding is also provided. I have left coffee and tea for your use. Please make yourself at home. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the deck or stroll around the backyard enjoying the birds and deer. You may contact me at anytime and I will try to assist in any way I can. If you just want privacy, that’s fine too. This little gem is perfect for relaxation. Located off by itself with a huge grassy area in back with several trees. There is a larger building that is my shop as well as another small house to the left. I am also in the process of redoing a house to the east of Nellies so no other tenants are within ear shot. Chadron is not so big you can’t walk it on a nice day but car or bicycle would make it quicker. There is a Walmart about 3/4 mile away and a laundromat in walking distance from the cottage. The best restaurant in town is just about 200 yards away. Helen’s Restaurant and The Grove Bar and Grill. If your into fast food they are just down the road. If you are bringing a fur baby with you there are a few things that are required. I must be contacted prior to approval of reservation as to your pet. Please clean up all dog poop. Make sure that your fur baby does not use furniture for their bed. Do not leave your pet unattended in the house unless kenneled. Only one pet is allowed. The space is to small for more than that. I do not allow cats.
