Remodeling was recently completed and is now a private, modern, fully furnished living space just for you. Located in a nice sub-division on a quiet cul de sac. Conveniently located to ETSU, BMS, Winged Deer Park, 2 lakes, Mtn Biking, Hiking, Breweries, many restaurants and ALL Hospitals in the Tricities region! We do have 2 friendly dogs that live upstairs. No smoking, No Pets The space 1 BR 1 BA apartment with private entrance that includes a kitchenette with stove top, mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee maker. Can sleep up to 3 with use of bed and air mattress. The bed is a queen size, and the air mattress is also a queen. Washer/Dryer combo in unit as well. No Pets, No parties, No smoking in or on the property. Parking for a maximum of 2 cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment that includes private entrance. Parking for a maximum of 2 cars. Door code will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note As much as we love pets they are not allowed in the apartment. We are flexible and may be able to accommodate your request if you let us know. We do not allow parties or smoking of any kind in or on the property. Maximum parking for 2 cars.
