It is 825 SF, with a nice outdoor enclosed courtyard. Recently remodeled with fully equipped kitchen! Private entrance and free parking just outside the gate/door. Unit one is a very quiet neighborhood. In fact a friend stayed at my place recently and commented that they never saw another person! Recently a past guest commented that she thought I should accept 4 guests, not just 2! But I made the decision of only 2 people when I first listed. Two people (or one) is the right number for my space. And for the neighborhood. I prefer to keep on the quiet side. And to not interrupt or disturb the peace of my neighbors.
