The Winemaker's Villa

Perched on the hillside overlooking the vineyard, the Winemaker's Villa is the ultimate retreat. Appointed with media room, gourmet kitchen, both indoor and outdoor dining, great room fireplace, and stunning outdoor living area complete with fireplace and amazing views. This villa is all luxury and comfort, the perfect place to stay and do as little or as much as you would like. The space Check-in is virtual. Please provide us with a current mobile phone number at time of booking for us to send you check-in information the day of your arrival. Arrive anytime after 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you would like to request an earlier arrival or later departure time, please let us know. The Winemaker's Villa is located at The Vineyard at Florence, 8711 W. FM 487, Florence, TX. For directions, please visit our website. The Winemaker's Villa is located in the quiet, peaceful private estates of The Vineyard at Florence. Please be mindful of the neighbors and note the following requirements: • Reservations should be a minimum four-night stay • The Winemaker's Villa, the vineyards and the common areas in the residential area are all pet free areas • Smoking is permitted outside only and we appreciate the use of receptacles provided • Cleanup fees from $300 may be charged if there is evidence of pets or smoking inside • The booker and primary registered guest must be over 21 years of age • Loud or amplified music should only be audible inside the villa • There may be up to 10 overnight guests • Only overnight guests may use the guest pool and guest gym. All guests in these areas must follow the posted behavioral requirements. • Additional day-guests are welcomed to The Winemaker's Villa with prior written approval from Hotel Manager. • Failing to follow these requirements may result in immediate ejection of all guests from The Vineyard at Florence and forfeiture of all accommodation charges and taxes. • If you would like to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date or your credit card will be charged for all nights within the 48 hour time period.
