A "kit house" from the 1920s has been re-imagined into an open space filled with light by fifth-year architecture students from Architecture, Planning, and Design at K-State. Set in a former railroad town in the heart of the Flint Hills (population one), the "Little House" is a short walk down a country road to the historic Volland Store, A Place for Art and Community. Looking for quiet? for inspiration? The "Little House" is the answer. The perfect retreat from a busy world. The space Wifi is good, but cell service can be sketchy.
