"Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance. Our guest suite offers a comfortable living area featuring a couch, recliner and a desk. The kitchenette has a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and space to store your grocery items. There is a dinette where you can enjoy your meals. Home made breakfast muffins, cereal and milk, fruit and yogurt, coffee, tea and snacks are provided. More items are added for longer stays. The bedroom features a queen bed with linens and pillows provided, a chair, and a closet. Our bathroom features a walk in shower with corner seat and grab bars for your safety. Plenty of bath linens are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. We provide a portable crib/playpen, but limit children to one infant 12 months or younger. Need some time outdoors? Enjoy our back yard featuring a gazebo, garden pond and seasonally changing flower beds. We are also only five miles from popular Guilford Lake where you can enjoy public picnic and swimming areas. As our guest you have full access to a private suite with your own easy keypad entrance. Your entry code will be provided prior to your arrival. We reside on the main floor and are available through Airbnb messaging to answer questions or assist you if necessary. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a country setting, but not distant from neighboring towns. Our home in the country is located 10 minutes from Guilford Lake which has a public swimming beach, picnic areas and fishing. We are also 20 minutes from Berlin Reservoir, and 35 minutes from West Branch Reservoir. We are only 10 minutes from Stone Gate Farm. For shopping and dining we are 5 minutes from Salem, 14 minutes from Lisbon, 18 minutes from Columbiana, and 24 minutes from Alliance. There are multiple antique shops in these towns, as well as other shopping venues for your enjoyment. We have a diverse choice of restaurants including the well known Dutch Haus restaurant in Columbiana. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Wifi is provided, but no TV.
