Downtown Savannah Bachelorette Party Pad = 2 Units

Welcome to The Savannah Bachelorette at Mayor McDonough's Mansion! Savannah is the ultimate bachelorette party destination! And we have the perfect place for you to stay with your bride tribe. It has 2 separate units for a total of 2BR/2BA to sleep up to 6 people total. It’s located in the heart of the Landmark Historic District just off Troup Square! It was built in 1869 for the Mayor of Savannah. It's the perfect mix of southern charm & a trendy girl pad! This property only has street parking. The space This space is made up of two separate properties: a carriage house upstairs apartment (narrow stairs) that can accommodate two guests and a separate parlor level apartment overtop of a restaurant to accommodate four guests. Please note: The parlor level apartment is a unique layout is there are not doors between the rooms but both sleeping spaces are private from one another. Our Recently renovated, the Parlor level is breathtaking with soaring ceilings, original plaster crown molding, chandelier and enormous kitchen! This Unique opportunity to stay downtown in two separate properties with separate entrances all on one location off Troupe Square. Close to EVERYTHING in the the heart of downtown Savannah! We are walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, unique stores, trolley tours, Forsyth Park, River Street, City Market, Broughton Street, SCAD, and Savannah’s iconic Jones Street! Guests love staying here because they have the privacy with two separate units but being able to stay all at one location! Also all of the units must be turned onto AC at the same time. If one is on heat and one is on AC, the entire system will not work. It’s called a multi city system and it all runs off one condenser. It can’t run different settings on each head. You’ll need to take the remote to each head and cycle it through (listen for a beep) and make sure it is on the right setting. I usually cycle it through a few times to make sure it is on the air conditioning if you use the same remote for each head. Guest access You will not have access to the courtyard area which is reserved for the restaurant. You WILL have access to Troup Square which is a public area great for picnics and photoshoots. Enjoy complimentary rides downtown from 5 PM to 5 AM with the Downtowner app, a complimentary service for downtown residents. Please note that wait times may vary, as this is a free service. If you're looking for a faster ride, Uber and Lyft are paid services available as well, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable! Other things to note While we love to host bachelorettes and other guests coming to enjoy the city, please note that you will be staying an residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect the neighbors to not throw loud parties late into the night. There may be some ambient noise from the restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week. Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee. Early check-in or Late Check-out fee is $150.00 (Each unit) *Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Can't be the same day as the check-in date. Late checkout is subject to approval PET POLICY: All pets must be preapproved prior to booking. - We do not allow cats/other animals. - Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed & age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). - A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max).
