Enjoy quick access to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons (home to major ski resorts and hiking trails). Just minutes from shopping centers and restaurants, within walking distance of beautiful parks, hiking/biking trails (Dimple Dell), 10 minutes from the Expo Center, and 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. The space So much care went into designing this space. You’ll love the shiplap walls, open-shelved kitchen with tile backsplash, and the waterfall shower in the bathroom. Turn on the fireplace, cozy up on the couch to watch some TV, and sip hot cocoa or coffee. Or catch up on some Zzz’s in the rustic king-size bed with a King size Casper mattress. Nightstands and end tables are equipped with USB charging ports for your convenience. The home’s thermostat is located upstairs with us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like it adjusted. We’re happy to accommodate to ensure your comfort. We live upstairs in a separate area of the home with our four young children and two hound dogs, Rooh and Bay. Our dogs are very friendly but may bark when they get excited about meeting new people. They stay in a separate part of the yard. We do our best to make sure you can relax and fully enjoy your stay, but you may occasionally hear the happy sounds of our growing family.
