Directly behind you’ll find a custom decorative board and batten accent wall that enhances the space and takes its color cue from one of Hitchcock’s greatest films. When you’re much too tired to leave the comfort of your spacious king bed, the 55-inch 4k ultra HDR TV with Dolby Vision will keep you entertained as the lights are dimmed low via detachable remote or by voice control. And when you’d rather not be bothered in the main level Hitchcock Theatre or Suite, just slide close the lockable solid wood barn-door for additional privacy from the rest of the home. The Hitchcock Suite offers a connected full master bath with sliding pocket doors, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and dimmable lighting. Towels and hand soap are provided. 1st Floor / Kitchen: Located adjacent to the Hitchcock Theatre you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen with dimmable under cabinet lighting ready with all the tools needed for putting your cooking chops to the test. The walk-in dining area with 20ft. ceiling and with seating for 4 is the perfect space to host intimate meals with your friends or family. Or when something more casual is in order, seating for 3 at the kitchen bar should do quite nicely. 2nd Level: EPIC Lounge The Charlie Chaplin Lounge is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy conversation amidst music and drinks as you near the showtime of your own private film screening in the Guelzo Cinema. Unwind to the refined conversation in one of three custom-made solid wood and top leather club chairs by Guelzo Brother’s Woodworking. With the wall-mounted touch screen, it’s up to you to design your own custom lighting experience for the lounge or entire home to serve as the perfect backdrop to room-filling music from the Chaplin Lounge Echo Studio speaker. Try your hand at being your own lighting designer with full color and brightness control over smart lighting in the lounge area as well as the entire house via the wall-mounted iPad with pre-loaded apps for lighting and whole-home music control! As your showtime nears, reward yourself at the concessions bar with a selection of sweets and delicious popcorn by way of your own commercial home theater popcorn machine. (Popcorn Packets Provided) The only problem you’ll have is how many batches to make! When drinks are in order, put your mixology skills to the test at the wooden wine bar. The Royal Cinema: Enjoy your own private film screening experience complete with a theater marquee entrance and customizable LED display. You can change the color and brightness in every room. It has a very quiet interior. You wouldn't know it was a townhouse until you step outside.
