The space Summer season: A 30' dock is available for your boat (or rental), advanced notice is required. Water depth at the end of the dock is approximately 4 1/2 feet. Incredible Sunsets. Great swimming, too! Winter season: Snowmobilers welcome! Plenty of parking for trailers & sleds, with a U-shaped drive-through lot, and the trail is right out the front door! Lake Tomahawk offers great ice fishing, too. Minocqua Winter Park is just 20 miles away for skiing, sledding, & so much more! This unit is right next door to Little Gem, which is also for rent for even more space for your group. Guest access The patio is an excellent space for cooking out, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a bonfire under the stars. The boathouse deck is a privately shared area to take in the views of Lake Tomahawk, and access to the water is just steps away. Dock space may be available, advanced notice is required. Other things to note The unit is an old motel that's been converted into condos. Lazy Bear Lodge is located on the end, and are 2 units that are joined into one! :)
