We welcome your fur babies!! Kayaks available! Ice maker! Coffee pot w/coffee & creamer! Adorable, cozy tiny house with two decks & bonfire pit overlooking Lake Cumberland! It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay. The space New Deck!! The tiny house is very cozy and it’s a great place to come back to after being on the lake all day! All the essentials are included in the house needed for cooking. The TV will include Netflix, Prime movies, & several DVDs to chose from. There are also puzzles., Dvds, games puzzles and even firewood for the fire pit is provided! Gas for grill will always be provided! New ice maker for those refreshing drinks & coffee and creamer provided! **Logan Barnes Road into GPS for accurate directions** Guest access There is a possibility of early check in if needed! $20 from noon-3. $50 from 8am-3pm. 1 nights available at a higher rate. Just ask!! Other things to note There are chairs, bonfire pit, covered deck, open deck for better lake & sunset viewing and grill on the outside. I will provide wood for the bonfire and gas for the grill (non-stick AL foil also included). There is an ice maker on the counter for your drinks! Kayaks are available (must bring your own vehicle to haul them). I provide the oars & life jackets. I am not responsible for any accidents. Inside the night stand is a lot of information about the area, places to visit and my list of some of the best restaurants. There’s also a journal in there to leave a note about your stay! An electric fireplace is there for your comfort. There are DVDs, puzzles and games under the TV. I also leave shampoo, body wash, hair dryer etc. I have made a list of recommendations in the area!
