Spacious 2 BR Carriage House, near town, Bowdoin

The "Carriage House" sits on a quiet side street in the Brunswick's historic district, a short walk to the town center and Bowdoin College. It is a newly renovated (2019), two-story house that adjoins our own home but is separate from it. It looks out on one side to our beautiful garden and pergola-covered patio. The carriage house is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy the pleasures of small-town life in coastal Maine. The space The ground floor of the carriage house is open plan, with the living room area at one end, and the dining/kitchen area at the other. There is a combination pantry/laundry room, with an adjoining half bath. The carpeted second floor consists of two bedrooms and the full bathroom with walk-in shower at the end of the hallway. There is no separate office, but there is a desk in the second bedroom. Another work table is available if needed. Other things to note There are two Adirondack chairs (and table) in the yard for the guests' use. We are happy to share whatever is growing in the garden, as well as our knowledge of recommended excursions in the area. We sincerely regret that we can't make exceptions for ANY pets.
