Host and co-host will be available throughout your stay to offer help via messaging, phone, and in-person, if needed. As part of our condominium's HOA rules, we are required to initially meet you at the building upon check in. Once you book, we will request an arrival time between 3 and 8 PM and wait for you on site for up to 30 minutes. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will have to charge a $35 fee (as time is precious). Due to this, arriving within a coordinated 30-minute time window is important. We don't have the ability to hold luggage or belongings prior to check in.
