Townhouse in Cincinnati

A great location near downtown, craft breweries, and the up-and-coming OTR. Award winning park/botanical garden/bikes 2 blocks walk from your space. $6 Uber to downtown/OTR! Private floor. The private room and bathroom are on 1st floor at the end of the hallway. You do share entryway. Pictures show you your exact space. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime available on TV! We do have dogs. They are well behaved and very friendly! We keep them upstairs and out of your way mostly. The space 3 stories helps this space never feel crowded, you'll be right at home. The pictures are captioned to show you your exact space. Your space includes the lower level of this three story townhouse. You will have access to your own private bedroom and bathroom. It's practically your own private floor. We only pass through the hallway when we come and go as the first floor has the only entryway. The bathroom, as shown in the photos, is at the end of the hallway and the door to bedroom is directly beside it on left side of hallway. Your floor also has the washer and dryer in a closet that you are welcome to use. I try to only use the washer and dryer when you are gone to stay out of your way. You're welcome to use the fridge on the middle floor and microwave. * if you need to check in early just message me! Guest access You are welcome to the 2nd floor( middle floor) living room, kitchen and coffee bar but the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor upstairs are exempt. Feel free to play your music and make you self at home. You're welcome to use the back patio! During your stay I leave a list of Food places, Bars, Breweries and Activities in the room for you convenience. Other things to note We love our dogs (and Roombas). They are incredibly well trained (we get lessons) and well behaved with their own private room out of your way. If you even see them, rest assured that they are friendly.
