Door County, Wisconsin is a special place in it's own right but Ephraim is a quiet village perfect for anyone that wants to experience an authentic Door County vacation. Families will experience a simpler life, couples can reignite the flame, outdoor enthusiasts can hike, bike or kayak, gals that want girl time can shop til they drop, guys that love to boat, fish, and golf can, and for everyone else in between you'll feel at home while staying in your cottage on 3 acres in gorgeous Door County. The space This cottage is on the quiet side of our 3 acre resort. It includes a private lawn, sheltered by old growth cypress bushes as well as a huge picture window in the living room that overlooks a forest of old growth cedar trees and quite frequently deer. This cottage has an incredible living room completed with a large picture window, comfy furniture, large screen TV with Spectrum cable, games and books, an eat in kitchen fully equipped to prepare three meals a day, a full bath with tub/shower combo, and three bedrooms (two queen beds and two twin beds), one AC unit, baseboard heat and boosted WiFi. The deck includes four chairs. The yard includes a weber bbq grill and picnic table. Parking is right next to the cottage and fits three cars end to end or two cars and a boat trailer. Guest access The entire cottage is yours to enjoy. There are 9 other units on the property which are only accessible to the guests assigned to each cottage. The fire pit is available for use at any time of day/evening. Hammocks and yard games are available any time of the day. The children's playground is available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m. Other things to note You will want to bring the following items for your stay: 1. Charcoal and lighter fluid if you enjoy grilling (we may have some left over from guests) 2. Doggie bed, crate, bowls, towels for muddy feet and doggie duty bags. 3. Spices/Salt/Pepper as well as foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, and food storage containers. 4. Ice. Bags available for $5/each.
